Back from a hiatus, the stalwart team of Canadians who brought you Step On and then Disarm Magazine are back with our newly renamed Bitter Dregs Magazine. We will feature our signature mix of authentic and original music reviews, gig reports, longform essays, and original / live music photography from our music travels, adding some podcasted/video/YouTube features to explore and indulge in the ways music and culture are enjoyed today: on the go, with a break from the never-ending scroll and screeds – we mean screens – in a more connected way, as we all find our people and ignore the noise that doesn’t ring true. It should go without saying that no AI or repurposed content will be featured or given air here, everything we do is organic, made by humans, and free of advertiser or corporate influence or agendas.
