Very good news for Metal-heads surfaced today as bad-asses Mastodon and Clutch announced a co-headline tour set to roll out this Spring. Although no Toronto date is scheduled, a quick 2-hour boot along Hwy 401 will get you to London where they will play the London Music Hall on May 21st.
That’s a Thursday night so do the smart thing and book the Friday off or pull off your best performance where you subtly mention a “strange tickle in your throat” the day before that will require the weekend off for recovery.
Mastodon’s 2014 release of Once More ‘Round the Sun appeared on “Best Of” lists everywhere and rightly so, it’s a powerhouse record, and the Clutch performances during Mayhem Fest 2014 were absolute standouts by all accounts.
